The Cooler Master MasterMouse MM530 is a good wired gaming mouse. It feels well-built, and it has a comfortable right-handed shape with rubberized grips on both sides. It's well-suited for medium to large-sized hands using a palm grip, large to extra-large hands using a fingertip grip, and all hand sizes except extra-large using a claw grip. It also has a wide CPI range, a CPI you can adjust by increments of 100, and a low lift-off distance, though some gamers may prefer it lower. Unfortunately, it's heavy for an FPS gaming mouse with relatively few extra features, and it has high click latency.
Our Verdict
The Cooler Master MM530 is decent for office and multimedia work. It feels well-built, and it has a comfortable right-handed shape. You can program all buttons using the companion software and assign a TactiX button to enable a secondary layer of commands. Unfortunately, this mouse lacks wireless connection options, the software is only compatible with Windows, and the scroll wheel lacks both L/R tilt buttons and a free-scrolling mode.

The Cooler Master MM530 is good for FPS gaming. It feels well-built, and it has a comfortable shape well-suited for a palm or claw grip primarily for medium or large-sized hands. The Cooler Master MM530 is inadequate for travel use as it's a wired-only mouse with no wireless connection options, and it's bulky, so it may not fit in most laptop cases. Unfortunately, the customization software is only compatible with Windows. However, onboard memory allows you to use any custom settings you have saved on computers without the software installed.

Differences Between Sizes And Variants
The Cooler Master MM530 we tested is black, and there are no other color variants. Cooler Master also has a very similar mouse called the Cooler Master MM531, which is reportedly nearly identical to the MM530 but slightly lighter. However, we haven't tested it. Compared To Other Mice
The Cooler Master MM530 is the successor to the popular Cooler Master CM Storm Mizar. It has large, grippy rubber side surfaces, which is a rare feature among recently released mice, and it's designed primarily with a palm grip in mind. Unfortunately, with its overall size and button placement, it's likely only comfortable for medium to large-sized hands. It's also heavy for a gaming mouse with relatively few features, and it has a high click latency. Unless you're a committed fan of rubber sides and feel the shape would be a perfect fit for you, there are plenty of other choices at or below this price point.

The Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT is a much better gaming mouse than the MasterMouse MM530. The Logitech is much lighter and feels sturdier. It connects wirelessly with its USB receiver, and it has mouse feet that glide much more smoothly. It also has a wider CPI range, a more precisely adjustable CPI, a lower lift-off distance, and much lower click latency. Additionally, its shape makes it nearly universally suitable for all grip types and hand sizes. On the other hand, the Cooler Master is a wired mouse that's best-suited for medium and larger-sized hands.
The Razer Viper Mini is a better wired gaming mouse than the Cooler Master MasterMouse MM530. It's significantly lighter and feels sturdier. It also has a more flexible cable and mouse feet that glide more smoothly. Additionally, it has much better click latency, and it's generally better-suited for smaller hands. Comparatively, the Cooler Master has a wider CPI range and a more consistent sensor. It's better suited for medium-sized and larger hands.

On the other hand, the Cooler Master has a right-handed shape and a lower minimum CPI. Additionally, it has two CPI buttons behind the scroll wheel, while the GLORIOUS only has one. The GLORIOUS Model D is a better wired gaming mouse than the Cooler Master MasterMouse MM530.
