The Corsair GLAIVE PRO is a great wired gaming mouse. Its unique design has three swappable side panels that give you the choice of a thumb rest, or two different textures of grippy rubber. Its sensor performance is excellent, and it has a low enough click latency that even serious gamers shouldn't notice any delay. Unfortunately, its braided cable is rather stiff and retains kinks from packaging, and the sensor is a little inconsistent.
Our Verdict
The Corsair GLAIVE PRO is a good mouse for office or multimedia use. You can change its shape and feel by using the three different included side panels, so anyone should be able to get a comfortable grip. It's good for all hand sizes with claw grip, and only extra-large hands will likely have a tough time with palm grip. There are two programmable side buttons, which can help you navigate your work programs quickly, and the mouse feels very well-built.

The Corsair GLAIVE PRO is a great FPS gaming mouse. Its three different side panels let you customize the grip, and it's comfortable enough for long gaming sessions. It has a very low click latency, and its sensor performance is excellent. It's good for claw grip with any hand size, and only those with very large hands will likely have a problem with palm grip. While you can slightly adjust its weight depending on the attached side panel, this mouse is fairly heavy even with the lightest panel.

The Corsair GLAIVE PRO is an excellent MMO gaming mouse. It's comfortable enough for long gaming marathons, and it feels very well-made. While it doesn't have nearly as many programmable buttons as dedicated MMO mice, all of its seven buttons can be programmed, which is great. It can be comfortably used with claw grip by any hand size, and only those with very large hands will likely find it uncomfortable with palm grip.

Test Results
The Corsair GLAIVE PRO has a fairly straightforward gaming style with good quality matte plastic on top and rubber grips on the side. The mouse comes with three different side panels, which give you the option to add a thumb rest or choose from different grip textures. While the model we tested is black, it's also available in aluminum.
As with most wired gaming mice, the Corsair GLAIVE PRO isn't the best option for portability. It's rather bulky and its cable will be cumbersome in tight spaces like on a plane or train.
The Corsair GLAIVE PRO is a fairly heavy wired mouse. You can adjust the weight slightly by choosing different side panels, though it doesn't make a huge difference.

This mouse feels quite well-built. The entire mouse feels very solid with very little flex or wobble and the removable side panels stay in place well. The buttons feel fairly solid, though the L/R click buttons of our unit felt a little flimsy and loose. Still, this may just be with our specific unit and it likely wouldn't be too noticeable during regular use.
