The GLORIOUS Series One PRO is a lightweight, wireless gaming mouse created as part of the GLORIOUS' Forge program. As the Forge program follows a "Group Buy" model, you had to pre-order the mouse before it was manufactured, so it's now only available through third-party sellers. This mouse has a noticeably different shape and design from the other mice in GLORIOUS' lineup, as it lacks RGB lighting and honeycomb cutouts on the shell.

Our Verdict

N/A Work

The GLORIOUS Series One PRO is an alright mouse for work use. It's a well-built mouse though there are some minor quality issues that don't impact the overall use of the mouse. You can see more details about the issues in the Build Quality section. It has two side buttons, both of which are programmable with the companion software. On the note of the companion software, while all default button assignments work out of the box on both Windows and macOS, the companion software is only available on Windows.

Pros
  • Decent wireless connectivity options.
  • Side buttons are programmable using companion software.
Cons
  • Minor build quality issues.
  • No free-scrolling or side-scrolling option.
N/A Video Games (FPS)

The GLORIOUS Series One PRO is an excellent mouse for FPS gaming. It's a lightweight, wireless unit that glides smoothly across mousepads and desks. Its sensor performance is incredible, offering accurate and smooth tracking along with low click latency to provide a responsive in-game experience. Additionally, it has a solid build quality, though there are a few minor quality issues, such as creaking and clicking noises when you squeeze the mouse and minor rattling from the scroll wheel.

Pros
  • Very low click latency.
  • Sensor is consistent and accurate.
Cons
  • Minor build quality issues.
N/A Video Games (MMO)

The GLORIOUS Series One PRO is a good mouse for MMO gaming, though it isn't designed for this use. It doesn't have as many side buttons as dedicated MMO mice, but the two side buttons it does have are programmable using the companion software. In terms of its sensor performance, it's incredible, with an accurate and consistent sensor and very low click latency for a responsive in-game experience. While it does feel well-built, there are a few minor quality issues, which we outline down below in the Build Quality section, but these don't impact the overall use of the mouse.

Pros
  • Very low click latency.
  • Sensor is consistent and accurate.
  • Side buttons are programmable using companion software.
Cons
  • Minor build quality issues.
  • Not as many side buttons as dedicated MMO mice.
N/A Raw Performance

The GLORIOUS Series One PRO has incredible raw performance for gaming in any genre. Its sensor tracks accurately and consistently, and the maximum polling rate of 1000Hz produces smooth cursor movements. The click latency is very low and provides a responsive in-game experience.

Pros
  • Very low click latency.
  • Sensor is consistent and accurate.
Cons
  • N/A Work
  • N/A Video Games (FPS)
  • N/A Video Games (MMO)
  • N/A Raw Performance

Differences Between Sizes And Variants

The GLORIOUS Series One PRO comes in three colorways: Genos (white with yellow accents), Centauri (gray with red accents), and Vidar (white with blue accents). The mouse was released as part of GLORIOUS' Forge program. These mice were released in a single drop, and are no longer available through the GLORIOUS website, so you have to buy them from third-party sellers. We purchased our model from the Forge program in the Centauri colorway, and you can see the label of our unit here

Compared To Other Mice

The GLORIOUS Series One PRO is a lightweight, wireless gaming mouse. It's a departure from the other mice in the GLORIOUS lineup, as it lacks a honeycomb shell, and its shape is similar to the Razer Viper Mini, which has a taller hump on the palm rest and more centralized side buttons that are easier to reach. Unlike the Viper Mini, the Series One Pro is a wireless unit that connects with a USB receiver. It's also much more lightweight, making it a better choice for FPS gamers looking for the lightest unit they can get. In order to achieve the weight, the mouse lacks RGB lighting, and the plastic used in the build feels thinner than the plastic used on other solid-shell models, like the GLORIOUS Model O PRO. Notably, this is the second mouse to be produced from the GLORIOUS Forge program, which follows a Group Buy model. This means that in order to purchase one of these mice, you had to pre-order the mouse before it was manufactured.

If you're interested in other options, check out our recommendations for the best FPS mice, the best wireless gaming mice, and the lightest mice.

GLORIOUS Model O PRO

The GLORIOUS Model O PRO and the GLORIOUS Series One PRO are two lightweight, wireless gaming mice released as part of the GLORIOUS Forge program. This means that neither mouse is available on GLORIOUS' website, as you had to pre-order the mice before manufacturing. Now, they are only available to purchase through third-party sellers. The two mice perform fairly similarly, but the Series One PRO is smaller in hand and has a slightly taller hump on the back.

Razer Viper V2 Pro

The Razer Viper V2 Pro and the GLORIOUS Series One PRO are two lightweight, wireless gaming mice that perform very well, but the Razer is the better mouse overall. It feels better built, offers a better gliding experience, and it has much lower click latency. On the other hand, the GLORIOUS is about 10g lighter. The Razer is readily available through most online retailers, whereas the GLORIOUS is only available through third-party sellers as it was part of the GLORIOUS Forge program, meaning you had to pre-order a unit before manufacturing.

GLORIOUS Model O- Wireless

The GLORIOUS Model O- Wireless and the GLORIOUS Series One PRO are two lightweight wireless gaming mice with some notable differences. Despite having a honeycomb shell, the Model O- Wireless weighs about 14g more than the Series One PRO. However, the Model O- Wireless does have RGB lighting strips, which the Series One PRO lacks. Otherwise, the two mice perform fairly similarly in regards to gaming, as they both use the same GLORIOUS BAMF sensor, which is accurate, consistent, and offers low click latency. However, the Model O- Wireless is more readily available on online retailers since the Series One PRO is part of the GLORIOUS Forge program, meaning you had to pre-order the mouse before it was manufactured.

GLORIOUS Model O Wireless

The GLORIOUS Model O Wireless and the GLORIOUS Series One PRO are two lightweight, wireless gaming mice with a few differences. The Model O Wireless has a honeycomb shell and a larger size in hand. The Series One PRO has a solid shell, no RGB lighting, and is significantly lighter than the Model O. Otherwise, the two mice perform fairly similarly, but the Model O Wireless is more readily available from online retailers as the Series One PRO was only released in a single drop through the GLORIOUS Forge program.

Razer Viper Mini

The Razer Viper Mini and the GLORIOUS Series One PRO are two lightweight gaming mice that perform very well. They have a very similar shape, that's well-suited for claw or fingertip grip, but the main difference is that the Razer is wired and the GLORIOUS is wireless.

Build Quality

This mouse has a good build quality, though there are quite a few minor quality issues that don't impact the overall use of the mouse. These reports are fairly mixed throughout the community, with some users noting that the mouse makes a clicking noise and that there's a noticeable amount of rattle from the L/R clicks and scroll wheel when you shake the mouse. Other users don't report any issues at all. The plastic body is sturdy, for the most part, though it does feel thin, and there's noticeable flex and noise when you squeeze the sides of the mouse.

Fingertip Grip Hand Recommendation

The GLORIOUS Series One PRO has a small size and symmetrical shape, but the side buttons are only on the right. Due to its small size, it's best suited to smaller hands, though it's suitable for larger hands to use with a fingertip and claw grip. The mouse has a slight hump on the palm area, and the side buttons are placed in a central location, so they're easy to reach regardless of your hand size and grip type.
